Six steps, start to finish. Here is the whole of it before you ask for a date.
Step 01
Pick two dates and send the request
Choose a first choice and a backup, and the slot that suits your families — 4:00 – 7:00 PM or 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
Step 02
We send you the contract
Your event is scheduled once the contract is signed, submitted and approved. It is short, and we will walk you through it.
Step 03
We make you a flyer
You will receive a personalised promotional flyer. If you would rather design your own, send it to us for approval first and we will give you an approved logo to use.
Step 04
Your supporters come and eat
When you arrive, tell a Team Member you are here for a spirit night and we will select a button so your orders count towards your total.
Step 05
We tell you what you raised
A Chick-fil-A representative will contact you within 48 hours of your event to let you know how much your organization made.
Step 06
You receive your cheque
Payment comes by cheque, made out to your organization and posted to the address you give us — or collect it from the restaurant if you would rather.

Tell your families early, tell them more than once, and remind them on the day.
Stock photoTwo rules, and they are firm
- You cannot promote the event on Chick-fil-A property.
- You cannot solicit guests who are already in the restaurant.
Failure to respect this condition will result in termination of the event and no money paid to your organization.
