This notice covers the request forms on this website, which is operated by Chick-fil-A LaPlace, an independently owned and operated Chick-fil-A restaurant. It does not cover the Chick-fil-A app, chick-fil-a.com, or our hiring site — those are run separately and have their own privacy notices.
What we collect
Only what a request needs: your name, email address and phone number, your organization's name and type, and the details of what you are asking for — which may include an event date, location and a rough headcount. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not ask for information about children.
Why we collect it
To read your request, decide whether we can help, and reply to you. If we take your request forward we use the same details to arrange it.
How we contact you
We contact you about the request you submitted. If you ticked the consent box, that may be by email or text message. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying or by calling us, and we will.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us for something.
Who sees it
The team at this restaurant, and the software we use to manage requests. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Long enough to handle your request and keep a record of what we agreed. If you would like us to delete your details, ask us and we will.
