How a visit works
You tell us about the event, we look at the schedule, and we come back to you.
Step 01
Tell us about your event
The date, the arrival window, the address, and roughly how many people will be there.
Step 02
We look at the schedule
We take the date and the time you have given us and work out whether a visit is possible. We are not able to accept every request.
Step 03
You sign a short release
One page, and we send it to you — it covers photographs, keeping everyone safe on the day, and what happens if either of us has to cancel.
Step 04
We confirm, then you can announce it
