Who you would be working for
Chick-fil-A LaPlace is independently owned and operated by a franchised Operator. Team Members here are employed by the Operator's business, not by Chick-fil-A, Inc. Pay, hours and hiring decisions are all made here at the restaurant.
Scholarships for Team Members
Chick-fil-A Remarkable Futures Scholarships are for Team Members working at Chick-fil-A restaurants. It is a separate programme from Chick-fil-A Community Scholars, which is for community leaders and is not open to Chick-fil-A employees.
